Customer Reviews

If you want a super flat and low profile mount, this fits the bill. Even came with very short screws to mount the TV with. Works as expected and solid heavy metal construction. Easily would support a much heavier TV than my 32" LG at 19 lbs.I am using two of these in my office and guest room so I can slide the TV out of my office and into the guest room when we have company.***Take note: In my case, it was actually too close to the wall to allow the cable coax connection because of the location and angle of the connection on my TV. I added a piece of 3/4 inch plywood behind it to provide the extra space. I may add a in-wall connection box later to solve this, but works/looks perfectly fine with the plywood behind it. This was not a negative to me because frankly, I can't understand who thinks it's a good idea to have the cable connector pointing towards the wall rather than down. 5Does what it should. I had very little space for a mount and found this one. I had 1-1/2" of space when the door was closed on this Box. The Display I'm using is just under 1/2" thick. This mount is just under 1/2" thick. I need a little bit of room to be able to hit the buttons on the back of the display. You can see the small buttons in the second picture on the top of the display there, which is the left side when looking at it from the front. So I added some spacers behind the mount on the back of the cabinet. it also gave me a bit more room to kind of slip in sideways and down. Because I'm limited on how high I can go inside that box.Another thing this mount has going for it is that it's VESA 75x75 or 100x100, on both the mount going onto the TV and the back bracket. The other 2 I also got, it was either for the TV, but the back mount was something else. Which if you're just mounting onto whatever, may be OK. But this Box was set up with holes for VESA 75x75 or 100x100 also. That was what won this mount over the others I had. With limited room, this mount couldn't have gotten much thinner!!! It also included all the screws and stuff you should need the normally mount your screen. It's well made. Comes with all the hardware you need. The one problem I ran into, I have the display bracket mounted. It's 75x75. I mounted the back bracket also 75x75, and the bolts I guess were hitting over the screws on the display bracket and so I couldn't get it to go down into the mount all the way as they were hitting each other. I ended up grinding the bold heads down to half the thickness they were for the back bracket. Mounted it back, and the Monitor slid into place. More than strong enough still to hold that little display up.If you can, use the 75x75 mount on the display side, use the 100x100 on the wall mount side. Then there's no chance of the screw heads on the one side hitting the bolt heads on the other side. or Visa-Versa. I also didn't use the screws to hold the 2 pieces together to lock the display on the mount. Because it's just too hard in that box to get to the bottom, and it's not going anywhere in that box anyway!!! 5Simple easy installation and excellent engineering! I've purchased several brands of TV wall mounts, but this one is superior in all aspects. It was used to mount a 24" Samsung in a guest bedroom. The device comes with all kinds of hardware for mounting the wall plate and the various screws of different diameters and lengths for the TV bracket as required by the TV brand. The outstanding feature is the no rocket science procedure to attach the TV to the wall bracket. Simply place the TV above the wall bracket and lower it into place after the two brackets are installed. The two brackets mate perfectly and it's done. No fancy hard-to-reach screws to tighten once on the wall and no complex self-locking mechanism to figure out. This is important if you need to change to another TV or reconfigure wiring in the future. Just lift the TV up and off the wall, make the changes and slide the TV back in place and you are good to go. The mounting assembly is quite thin, but allows plenty of room to run the COAX cable, power cord and HDMI cable (if required). My new TV is virtually flush to the wall and no bracket is visible. Buy it now and you will not be disappointed, rest assured. Thanks for listening. 5So far so good. Holding up my Thermaltake Core P5 case on my wall. No complaints here! 5Design flaw that may affect some people, depending on installation type. Works well, but a bit of a design flaw they don't warn you about. If you use the screw holes to the sides and use a pan head screw, it'll interfere. The way my studs lined up, the two left-most holes put the display mounted dead center in the spot I wanted it - so I dropped those in and went to slide the screen in - I had to really force it to get the front part past the screws. That said, once mounted, it made my LG extra-wide in Portrait mode look awesome running DAKBoard. It's just a pain to move it. In my opinion, they should've included the right screws or warned about the issue and recommended the right kind. 3A sturdy mount with some drawbacks. I'm giving this fours stars for the price of this mount. It would be five, except I had to make modifications in order to use it. I bought this mount because of the slim profile, simplicity, and the sturdiness. The install was for an RV so I didn't want a mount that would potentially drop my TV.I installed a Samsung 28" 4000 series TV in the bedroom of my toy hauler. This mount would do well with a multimedia slim panel, but not so great for most TVs. Here's why:Any TV that has a coax cable port on the back and not the side will require both a 90 degree elbow connector and about a 1/4" spacer between the TV and the mount. My TV had a 90 power plug on the back and even this was cutting it close. Any TV with a wider base (more depth) will require a spacer between the wall and the plate if you want to install the bottom screws in order to lock the mount in place. The mount comes with a decent hardware kit. I did not use the huge lag bolts for the install because they would have gone through the other side of the wall. Also, not a fault of the mount, but Samsung seems to prefer their m4 screws on the long side. I had to buy 16mm long screws but ended using 25mm once I put the spacer in between to give me some working room.Overall, this mount would be amazing given a slim computer monitor is hooked up to it. Side facing peripheral ports and connections are ideal, but if you're handy, you can make it work. 4Nice set of hardware. Low-profile VESA mount I was pleased that this VESA mount came with all the appropriate screws. Selection of M4, etc for your flatscreen - and washers for behind and in front of the bracket which gets bolted to the flat screen (using the M4).I had an offset stud so I opted to install the large 2 screws in all the way to the left side of the mount. It seemed like it would have held with just those. Added 2 screws direct into drywall, just to make sure it stayed down on the right side. This rig won t go anywhere!I have 1 thing to add for those considering: I was concerned for a second that my screen would have HDMI ports / power out the back I never checked. Luckily my screen s connections all point straight down. This thing is so low profile that if they came straight out the back, then right angle cable adapters and a right angle IEC power cord would ve been needed. 5Great price, very sturdy and strong... I have used tenths of these mounts to mount kiosks (touchscreen monitors) on the walls at work where we own multiple buildings and we use kiosks as points of data entry for employees. I have been using them on 21.5" and 24" touchscreens and also with All-In-One 22" computers without a problem. They come with a lot of hardware and enough screw holes for mounting them securely even without hitting a stud. In fact they are so sturdy, that will take the abuse of the employees that don't understand the word "touch" in "touchscreen" and touching comes close to the force of punching. Also, a feature that I like is that you can secure it in place with 2 screws at the bottom after you put the monitor on so people cannot just lift it off. These will bring the back of your monitor/display to just 1/2" out from the wall and if your device needs space for cabling you will need to add spacers. If you need cabling space, you should consider putting the spacers on the monitor/display side and using some of the washers that come with it. I find that the 1/4" spacers Round Spacer (Pack of 10) with M4 18mm long screws work great to keep the screen very close to the wall and leave a bit of space for cabling behind it. Note that your device may have different size screws and not M4 (check your manual) but for the 1/4" spacer, the 18mm length of screw will work. 5Here's what I think of this mount... Simple, very slim profile. Easy to install.Instructions are as good as you'll need to install this.Went from one of those dual arm monitor mounts to this and couldn't be happier, saves a lot of space on my desk for other things and looks much cleaner. See my pictures I posted, although they don't make this little mount justice. 5Awesome, easy, secye mount! I used this mount to secure my Dell U3415W. I ended up installing a recessed receptacle behind the monitor. There is very little room behind the monitor so I had to purchase a low profile power cable (http://amzn.to/1HUQI0u) to power the monitor. Overall, very pleased with the product. Real easy to install. I didn't use the included bolts, instead I went with plastic toggled bolts. Very secure. 5
